Join Us at the Second Global Summit on Food Fortification!

CONNECTED, November 6, 2020

As Large-Scale Food Fortification (LSFF) and Biofortification are population-based interventions with enormous potential to reduce global micronutrient deficiencies, the Global Fortification Summit will identify priorities for investment and action to ensure that fortification programs are expanded and improved according to global need. Organized by the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) and Harvest Plus and co-located with the Micronutrient Forum Global Conference 2020, the Summit will also provide a platform for donors, governments, and the private sector to consider fortification in the context of new commitments to be announced in December 2020 at Nutrition for Growth in Tokyo. Confirmed speakers include Ministers of Health, Industry, and Agriculture and business leaders from across Asia and Africa, alongside global leaders in LSFF and biofortification.
